Production

As a leading manufacturer of brand products, product quality, customer satisfaction and flexibility are very important to us. And because we aim to fulfil demands and expectations, we continuously strive towards optimizing our internal and external processes at our production base in Ludwigsburg. In doing so, we already demand top-class quality in the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials as well as in production and finishing.

We are able to manufacture many kinds of high-quality shoe-care products and items for sports-clothing care, i.e. creams, lotions and liquids along with waxes and sprays. The broad spectrum of machinery that we have at our disposal means that we are able to fill these products for example in aluminium or plastic tubes, bottles, aerosols as well as glass jars and metal cans. The range of goods we produce stretches from 20 ml batches to bulk products supplied in canisters. We are easily able to organize our production in two or three shifts during peak seasons or in response to major orders. We are also able to taylor the products at site - when required with special (promotional) packaging.

Continuous inspections by our own quality-assurance department guarantee the high levels of quality that our customers have to come to expect from us over the decades. Something that is a matter of course for us as a long-standing manufacturer of brand articles!
