The secret behind our success are our formulations. They are of crucial importance for the quality and reliability of all our care products.

New product developments and existing product improvements happen in our own laboratory. This is also where the quality assurance of the production process takes place. Thanks to our state-of-the-art colour measurement procedure, we are able to constantly check the raw materials for their quality and readjust the colour shades, if necessary.

The development of formulas is an extremely complex task. At the same time, the statutory provisions have to be observed and various quality tests conducted. Newly developed products have to be specifically tested for their performance. Not before all tests turn out absolutely positive, may new products be admitted to our product range.

The melvo product development and quality assurance departments also represent our enterprise in a variety of industrial associations such as the Work Group for Cleaning and Care Products within the Industrial Association for Body Care and Detergents.

Product safety and thus the protection of people and the environment is top priority at melvo.
